Snapfinger Elementary School Teachers' Lounge Remodel

The Kennedy Maria Segars Foundation would like to thank everyone for your donations and for volunteering your time. With your help, the KMS Foundation completed the remodeling of the teacher's lounge at Snapfinger Elementary. We truly couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you to Principal Potter, Assistant Principal Dunlap, administrators, staff, and most importantly, the teachers for allowing the KMS Foundation to create a space where you can relax, enjoy, and take a moment to breathe. 💙

Annual Bookbag Give Away

Our commitment to the youth in Dekalb County community has deepened with each passing year, as marked by our successive bookbag drives.

  • 2021: E. L. Bouie Elementary School: Our inaugural giveaway took flight at E. L. Bouie Elementary

  • 2022: Flatrock Elementary School: Building on the momentum from the previous year, we expanded our reach to Flatrock Elementary. The event was a success, allowing us to cater to an even broader audience of eager students ready to embark on their learning journey.

  • 2023: Snapfinger Elementary School: Our latest drive at Snapfinger Elementary further solidified our mission. With each year, we refine our process, gather more support, and, most importantly, touch the lives of more students.

Together, with the unwavering support of the community, we aspire to reach more schools and students, ensuring every child in metro Atlanta begins their school year with confidence.
